We sell kosher food and grocery products. All products are subject to availability. Because we sell perishable and fresh items, occasionally an item may be out of stock or a comparable substitute may be offered. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Delivery and pickup are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please review it for service areas, timing, and fees.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Donations
The Zeh L’Zeh is a charitable organization (Tax ID 92-0989380). Donations made through the Site support our mission to end hunger in our community and are generally non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of The Zeh L’Zeh or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Zeh L’Zeh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
