Return & Refund Policy

At The Zeh L’Zeh, we want you to be satisfied with every order. Because we sell food and grocery products, some of which are perishable, the following policy applies.
1. Inspect Your Order
Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. If any item is damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, spoiled, or is not what you ordered, we will provide a replacement or a full refund for that item. We may ask for a photograph of the item to help us resolve the issue quickly.
3. Perishable Items
For food-safety reasons, perishable items (such as fresh, refrigerated, or frozen products) cannot be returned once delivered, but they are covered by the damaged/spoiled/incorrect guarantee above.
4. Non-Perishable Items
Unopened, non-perishable items in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange the return.
5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Contact us at info@zehlzeh.org or (845) 363-5323 with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond promptly to make it right.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel or change an order before it has been prepared for delivery. Once an order is in preparation or out for delivery, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.
8. Donations
Charitable donations made through our Site are non-refundable.
