Shipping & Delivery Policy

The Zeh L’Zeh provides local delivery and pickup of kosher food and grocery orders. This policy explains how delivery and pickup work.
1. Service Area
We currently deliver within our local community in and around Airmont and Rockland County, New York. If your address is outside our delivery area, you will be notified at checkout or you may choose in-store pickup.
2. Delivery Times
Orders are typically prepared and delivered within our regular delivery schedule. Delivery timing may vary based on order volume, weather, and product availability. You will receive confirmation of your order and, where applicable, an estimated delivery window.
3. Delivery Fees
Any applicable delivery fee is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Minimum order amounts may apply for delivery.
4. Pickup
If you select pickup, we will notify you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.
5. Receiving Your Order
Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable items promptly. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or pickup.
6. Substitutions
Because we handle fresh and perishable products, an occasional item may be unavailable. Where possible, we will offer a comparable substitute or adjust your order accordingly.
