What to include when you write
- Your name (as it appears in the App).
- What was happening when the problem started.
- Your phone model and iOS version if it’s a display or crash issue.
- A screenshot if you can — email attachments are fine.
Common questions
I forgot my password. Email or call the office and we’ll reset it
for you. We never send passwords by email — we set a new one and share it another way.
The App doesn’t ask me for GPS permission. Open iPhone Settings →
Zeh L’Zeh Rescue → Location → set to “While Using the App”. Then reopen the App.
I want to stop getting SMS alerts. Open the App → Profile menu →
uncheck “SMS alerts for new pickups”. You can turn them back on at any time.
I want to delete my account. Email
office@zehlzeh.org and we’ll remove your account
and de-identify your historical trip records within 30 days.
